I grew up in Richmond. I went to school here, played hockey on these rinks, soccer on these fields, attended Westwind Elementary the now memorialized Steveston Secondary School and eventually raised my own family — three boys who keep me busy and remind me every day why home matters so much.
So when a client sits across from me and tells me they want their kids to grow up somewhere safe, somewhere with good schools and a real sense of community, I don't just understand that. I feel it. Because I've lived it.
That's the foundation everything else is built on.
17 years. Thousands of conversations. Hundreds of families helped.
When I started in real estate, I won Re/Max Westcoast's Rookie of the Year award. Not because I had the most listings, but because I worked harder than anyone else to make sure my clients had everything they needed to make great decisions.
That hasn't changed.
Over 17 years, I've earned the Re/Max Medallion Club, Platinum Club, and 100% Club — awards that reflect consistent performance at the highest level in one of Canada's most competitive real estate markets. I'm also a proud finalist for Best of Richmond, a recognition voted on by the community I serve.
But the award I value most? The clients who come back. The families who bought their first home with me and called me again when it was time to upsize. The referrals that arrive because someone trusted me enough to put my name forward to a friend.
That's the business I've built. And that's the business I'm proud of.
What working with me actually looks like.
I'm not the agent who hands you off to an assistant after you sign. I'm the one answering your texts at 8pm when you have a question about the inspection report. I show up on time, every time. I tell you the truth, even when the truth isn't what you hoped to hear. And I stay in your corner from the first conversation to the day you get your keys — and beyond.
My clients tell me I make a stressful process feel manageable. That I'm easy to talk to, easy to trust, and that they always knew where things stood. That's not an accident. Clear, honest communication is the one thing I've never compromised on.
A little more about me.
When I'm not working, you'll find me on the exploring the slopes in Whistler or local moutains in the winter, out on a hiking trail somewhere with a gorgeous view, watching one of my boys play soccer or rugby, or exploring somewhere new on a trip with the family around the world. I have two cats who are significantly less athletic but equally beloved and mirror back the love we have created in our home.
I love Vancouver — the mountains, the ocean, the way this city feels alive year-round. Living here isn't just my job. It's genuinely one of the most beautiful places on earth, and I'm grateful daily to call it home.
If you're thinking about buying or selling in Richmond or Vancouver West, and I work with clients in New Westminster, Ladner, Tsawwassen, White Rock and beyond. I'd love to start with a conversation. No pressure, no pitch — just two people talking about what you need and whether I'm the right person to help you get there.
I probably am. But let's find out together.
